The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, right in the center of the city and close to the bus stop. It is within walking distance of many important sites and offers easy access to public transportation. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with grand, old-fashioned decor. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information and assisting with inquiries about day trips. guests are allowed to use the fridge, which is a helpful facility.
The noise from the nearby bars can be quite loud, especially during the weekends, and may disturb guests' sleep.

This hotel offers excellent value for money and attention to detail. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, with opulent and spacious interiors that make you feel like you have your own suite. The staff, especially Chiara, is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to provide useful information and make your stay enjoyable. The central location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the train station and airport shuttle bus drop-off point.
One small aspect that could be improved is the timing of breakfast, which is served from 8.30. For those who need to leave early, it might be slightly challenging.
